QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Về việc cho phép cán bộ nghỉ phép đi thăm thân nhân tại Pháp.

BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ X

- Căn cứ Nghị định số 90/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 11/11/2002 của Chính phủ về chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ X;

- Căn cứ Nghị định 05/2000/NĐ-CP ngày 3/3/2000 của Chính phủ về xuất cảnh, nhập cảnh của công dân Việt Nam;

- Xét đề nghị tại Đơn ngày 20/2/2006 về việc xin phép đi thăm thân nhân tại Pháp của bà A;

- Theo đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Tổ chức cán bộ.

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1: Cho phép bà A, chuyên viên Thanh tra Bộ được nghỉ phép đi thăm thân nhân tại Pháp từ ngày x đến y theo nguyện vọng cá nhân.

Điều 2: Trong thời gian ở nước ngoài, bà A có trách nhiệm thực hiện tốt luật pháp của nước sở tại, chấp hành đúng các quy định của Nhà nước về quan hệ đối ngoại khi ra nước ngoài; về nước đúng thời hạn và báo cáo khi về nước;

Điều 3: Mọi chi phí do bà A tự túc.

Điều 4: Chánh Văn phòng, Vụ trưởng các Vụ: Tổ chức cán bộ, Hợp tác Quốc tế và bà A chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.

Ref: Regarding the request to allow the officer (below) to take a holiday trip to visit her family member in France

From: Vietnamese Minister of Agriculture

- According to the Decree of Function, Duty, Entitlement and Structure of the Vietnamese Agriculture Ministry (decree number 90/2002/NĐ-CP) issued on 11th November, 2002

- According to the Decree of Migration of Vietnamese Citizens (number 05/2000/NĐ-CP), issued on 3rd March, 2000

- Considering the application made on 20th February, 2006 regarding the request of Mrs. A to take holiday trip to visit her family member in France.

- According to the request made by the Head of Personnel Department of Ministry of Agriculture

Decisions have been made:

The first: Mrs. A, who is our inspection specialist, is allowed to take a trip to France to visit her family member as her own aspiration.

The second: During her time abroad, Mrs. A has a duty to respect the laws of the foreign country, to follow the rules applicable to Vietnamese diplomats in the foreign country, to return at the right time and to report before returning.

The third: She is responsible for paying all her own expenses

The forth: The chief officer, the head of personnel department, the head of foreign affair department and Mrs. A are responsible to execute these decisions

Same as the forth decision
